Gary is a Florida Licensed Sales Associate, and member of TIGER Brokerage Group, a merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory firm. Gary is involved in all aspects of business acquisition, mergers, and divestitures, including business brokering, valuations, consulting, and exit planning. TIGER is linked to M&A Source, the world’s largest network for intermediaries. Gary has been involved in corporate sales and negotiations for more than 30 years. Gary has held positions of sales and marketing management in industries that include diagnostic medical equipment, retail consumer electronics and computers, computer hardware manufacturing, enterprise management software, enterprise security software, and real estate. Gary benefits business owners and buyers, with his strength in corporate contract negotiations having negotiated extensive enterprise licensing agreements with companies such as AIG, Merrill Lynch, The Hartford, Baxter International, and many others. Gary earned an MBA (in Management and Business Analysis) from Florida Gulf Coast University, a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University, is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, a lifetime member of the FGCU Alumni Association, and past president of the FGCU MBA organization.
